Invisible windows and restoring minimized games

Just renewed my subscription and installed the latest WB and WFX. I noticed that he SmartPAR window will not show unless it's added to the exclusion list. Also, I can run games OK, but when I minimize World of Warcraft, it refuses to restore. Or perhaps it restores, but it's invisible. The only way I can get it back is to unload WinFX.

I'm running on an AMD 64 3800+ with an ATI X1950XT with latest Catalyst drivers.
